These terms apply to supply-only orders for our vinyl privacy, semi-privacy, picket and post & rail fencing, vinyl fence gates, and compatible posts and accessories listed on this website. We supply vinyl fencing products only and do not provide installation services. Read these terms with your accepted quotation and order documents. Last updated: October 24, 2026.
A quote request starts a discussion; it does not place an order. Before approval, check the named contracting supplier, quote expiry, materials, quantities, prices, taxes, freight and exclusions. Resolve any differences in writing.
Review fence style, height, color, rail and post profiles, routing, gate openings, hardware and reinforcement as a coordinated system. Similar-looking parts may not be compatible. Identify required specifications, approved samples and any agreed tolerances in the order documents. Final measurements and project requirements must be checked before approval.
Your accepted quotation sets the deposit, payment methods and balance due date. Complete the agreed approval and payment steps before sourcing or production begins. Do not assume that a deposit percentage or payment method shown on another website applies to your order.
Project-specific materials can create supplier commitments that restrict changes, cancellations or refunds. The written order terms must identify any nonrefundable deposit or noncancelable commitment. We supply vinyl fencing products only. We do not install fences or gates, and do not provide surveying, permitting, engineering or site preparation. Customers arrange their own installation and confirm local requirements and suitability for their site. Confirm unloading responsibilities separately in your quotation. Color and finish can vary between production batches. Review samples and matching requirements before ordering; a variation does not excuse goods that fail the agreed specification. Availability and shipping dates depend on the selected vinyl fencing products and freight arrangements. Treat estimates as planning information, not guaranteed completion dates. Inspect deliveries and report damaged, incorrect, defective or missing materials promptly with your order reference and photographs. Keep packaging and delivery records for review. Do not install material that appears damaged or inconsistent with the order.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty, its coverage and claim procedure should be identified for the quoted product. No additional warranty period is promised on this page. Cancellation restrictions do not remove rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
